Our History

In 1998, Capstone Realty Group was founded as commercial real estate investment company with a focused strategy of acquiring value-add and opportunistic OfficeRetail and Mixed-Use properties.  In the past 25 years, Capstone has successfully acquired 30 deals valued at over $545M including: two non-performing loan portfolios, seven non-performing notes and over 20 distressed assets from banks, financial institutions, and corporate sellers.  To date, Capstone has achieved the following results:

  • A realized and forecast deal level Portfolio IRR of 24.8%.
  • A realized and forecast deal level Equity Multiple of 2.15X.

For over 20 years, Capstone has delivered superior risk-adjusted returns by optimizing the capital structure of its real estate investments and by redeveloping, rebranding, and judicially returning capital on its investments.  Capstone provides in-house Asset Management, Capital Advisory Services Construction Management, Interior Design and Property Management.

Capstone’s future investment offerings will include: CRG Sponsored equity offerings in high growth potential Office, Retail and Mixed-use Investments and the Capstone Opportunity Fund that will invest in Defaulted Loan and non-performing loan portfolios.
